Donation Rules Pickup

We will accept any computers and equipment which meet the following criteria:

Personal Computers (IBM Compatible and MacIntosh):

  • Do not have to be in working order
  • Must be Pentium 2 or higher processor

Monitors

  • Monitors 15" and below must be in working order
  • 17" and above monitors need not be working

Printers

  • Only working laser and inkjet printers will be accepted

Others

  • Scanners, Mice, Keyboards, Speakers and other peripherals should be working however we will accept them and test them if necessary. They must accompany a computer donation.

Software

  • We will accept any software packages with the original installation disk and any applicable licenses. Children's software preferable.
  • Only Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems are needed.

 

 

 We can schedule a pickup for two or more computers in Sarasota and Manatee counties. We will always accept dropoffs as long as they meet the criteria mentioned on the left.
